Encampment mayor Shannon Fagan had to let the Council decide if she would be the new tenant for a retail property that was owned by the town. The Encampment council members looked over business plans presented and chose to use Fagan’s Beacon in the Wind, a retail outlet that she is dedicating to have it serve the community of Encampment.
