IMPACT 307, a University of Wyoming program, will host a Startup Lunch and Learn webinar titled “How Commercial Banks Can Partner with Startups” Thursday, Oct. 16, from noon-1 p.m. in Rooms 104 and 106 of the Wyoming Technology Business Center.
