“John (Farr) came to the board in 2017 and stayed until 2023 and off for a year, and then back for 2024 to 2025,” Discover Carbon County, Wyoming CEO Leslie Jefferson said. “He jumped in with both feet and he is very knowledgeable about finances and was helpful with that.”
