When the owners of the popular breakfast restaurant Hugus & Co. decided to retire, Danny Burau saw an opportunity to put his culinary spin on early morning eats and opened the Hen and Harvest this past summer. Now, the newest restaurant in Saratoga is changing its menu as the winter season approaches.
