Christmas wreaths were put on graves in at least three cemeteries in Carbon County on December 13. Medicine Bow and Elk Mountain have done this for a few years. Hanna Cemetery did it for the first time. Sharon Heward, rancher outside of Medicine Bow, was instrumental in getting the town of Hanna on board.
