Carbon County 4-H

Once again, Carbon County brought home the state championship in 4-H Horse Judging AND 4-H Hippology! Junior Team members Riata Withers, Ellie LaBorde, William Withers, and Boyd Walker beat teams from Laramie, Campbell, Goshen, Uinta, and Niobrara counties to bring home both titles this year.
