The Right of the People to keep and bear arms: Landmark court cases regarding the Second Amendment

“A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Thus reads the Second Amendment, arguably the most famous amendment in our Constitution. Constantly discussed, debated, and reviewed, the Second Amendment certainly does not suffer from a lack of publicity.
