The Town of Encampment met in regular session at the Encampment Town Hall on Thursday April 10 at 7:00 p.m. with Mayor Shannon Fagan presiding. Council members present were Stas Banach, Ashley McKinney, Susan Munson and Steve Reichert.
McKinney moved to approve the agenda with the additions, Reichert seconded and the motion was passed.

The Elk Mountain Town Council convened on Monday April 14, 2025, at the Community Center to conduct its annual monthly meeting. Mayor Morgan Irene presided over the meeting that saw Council members Joe Neel, Angie Hobbs, Wade Nelson, and Craig Mustard all present.
