The Hanna Town Council met at 6:30 p.m. on March 11 at the Hanna Town Hall.  Mayor Charlie George was in attendance as were Councilmembers Sammy Sikes, David Felix, Paul Cruz and Ellen Freeman.

Robert Hayes, 83, of Hanna/Elmo was reported missing on March 1. He had last been seen at his residence on February 27 around 7:30 p.m.

Authorities and volunteers combed the area, with a focus on abandoned houses and outbuildings in Hanna.
