When the lights went out across the North Platte Valley at approximately 1:40 p.m. on March 8, residents of Saratoga, Riverside, Encampment, and Ryan Park quickly found themselves in an unexpected and prolonged outage. What started as an inconvenience soon became a test of resilience for both the community and the crews working tirelessly to restore power.
