The Rawlins City Council voted Tuesday May 4, 2025 to approve the second reading and waive the reading of an ordinance repealing Chapter 2.56 of the Rawlins Municipal Code and Ordinance No. 4-1994, dissolving the Urban Systems Advisory Committee under city governance.
