The Rawlins City Council convened Tuesday, February 4, addressing city staffing, infrastructure planning, and emergency expenditures.

Yvonne Johnson, executive director of Carbon County Economic Development, provided the council updates on ongoing projects and upcoming events. 

The council recognized Randy Flamig as Employee of the Fourth Quarter for 2024.
