February 22, 2026 –We have ended 11 days on the battlefield in the House of Representative at the Capitol in Cheyenne. 

The Budget Session has been a difficult one, as we continue to disagree on policies and pay for the hardworking people of Wyoming and cuts to the agencies from the “NO” group.

Governor Mark Gordon (R-WY) today signed Executive Order 2026-01 prohibiting the solicitation, delivery, or acceptance of campaign contributions on property where state business is conducted, such as state office buildings, and commercial buildings where the state leases offices, including the Wyoming State Capitol and Capitol Complex.

Kisty Rowan, Planning and Development Coordinator and Zoning Administrator, went before the Carbon County Commissioners on February 3 to present the highlights of the Annual Report for 2025.

She first told the commissioners that Vice Chairman Jay Grabow decided not to seek re-appointment as he and his wife are moving to Florida.
