Matt Hall was informed at the Rawlins Town Council meeting that was held on January 6 that he was the new permanent city manager. This occurred at the end of the meeting when the Council came out of Executive Session.

Rawlins City Council Reviews Audit

The Rawlins Town Council started the new year by hearing the results of their audit. Carver, Florek and James (CFJ), CPA’s, conducted the audit, and the Council approved the findings of the report.

The audit covered the period through June 30, 2025. The document presented and approved is 56 pages.
