At a crucial special meeting convened on July 28 at the Medicine Bow Community Hall, the Medicine Bow Town Council, led by Mayor Bradley Buum, tackled pressing matters affecting the town’s operations and personnel.

Council members Cindy Chace and Justin George were present, along with Council member Sharon Kahl, who joined via telephone.

In a heartwarming turn of events, the prayers of the tight-knit community of Hanna were answered as 79-year-old Lancene Ostling, who went missing on Thursday evening, was found safe and unharmed on Friday afternoon.

Classic Air Medical (CAM) has good news for Carbon County residents. When a resident is life-flighted out by CAM, the cost charged by CAM will be $250.

There was a time when CAM had a subscription service available which was very reasonable for residents. That was changed a couple of years ago.
