The University of Wyoming’s marching band, Western Rolling Thunder, combined with marching bands from all over the State, on Sept. 12 at halftime.

Two bands from Carbon County participated.

Rawlins High School marching band, the Outlaws Stampede and Rawlins Middle School went to this event as did Hanna, Elk Mountain, and Medicine Bow (HEM) High School.
