On August 14, Wyoming District Court Judge Misha Westby granted Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Tim Newcomb which sought to remove Secretary Gray from office under the Fourteenth Amendment (Tim Newcomb v. Chuck Gray).
