The Medicine Bow Health Center is pleased to welcome Samantha Santy, FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner), to its team of dedicated healthcare providers. Santy, a skilled and compassionate family nurse practitioner, will begin seeing patients at the clinic starting on February 6, 2025.

“For cancer awareness, we are bringing something new to the community this year,” Stephanie Hinkle, Director of Strategic Operations, Foundation Director of Memorial Hospital of Carbon County (MHCC) said. “It is called Mammos and Mimosas and is scheduled for October 19 at the Depot Station in Rawlins.”

She said it would start at 10 a.m. and go until 12 p.m.

The Memorial Hospital of Carbon County (MHCC) had a bit of good luck according to Stephanie Hinkle, Director of Strategic Operations, Foundation Executive Director of MHCC, when Kristel Lessard inquired if there were any internal medicine positions available.

Medicine Bow Clinic Unveils New Sign

The Medicine Bow Clinic celebrated on May 3 to unveil the new metal sign created by local resident Tim Heward. There were refreshments for the ceremony and although the wind was blowing strongly, it did not deter the sign’s presentation by the clinic’s board and staff.
