Sinclair’s Giant Christmas Tree Steals the Show Before December

Although it is not December yet, driving down Interstate 80 by the town of Sinclair, the lights of the refinery, which are always eye-catching when dark takes over, have another head turner that just came on November 24. The town of Sinclair lit its Christmas tree.

Sometimes friendship pops up when least expected. Last week, when honoring Veterans Day, one of those friendships came to light.

The Hanna, Elk Mountain, Medicine Bow (HEM) High School was the scene for honoring veterans on November 11 with a breakfast and tribute to all those who served in the military. The event was the 14th National Honor Society’s (NHS) Annual Celebration at HEM.
